Reflexology is a holistic treatment that focusses on areas and points on the feet, hands and ears that map via the nervous system to corresponding parts of the body. It is a system of massage used to relieve tension and treat illness. It has been estimated that there are over 70,0000 nerve endings in each foot which connect to other parts of the body.
When pressure is applied to these areas and points, it stimulates the movement of energy along the nerve channels and helps to restore homeostasis (balance) in the whole body.
Reflexology is a suitable treatment for all ages and brings relief to a wide range of conditions. 4 people x 15 minute
If individuals are paying it will be
£20 – 30 minutes
£16 – 20 minutes
£12.50 15 minutes
