The organisation: Qwest Services provide a range of services to Local Authorities from Customer Services, Business Support, Facilities Management and Energy & Carbon Reduction.
The aim: To set up monthly office massages to help tackle stress and help with staff wellbeing.
The delivery: Carol delivers this every session and has really helped people feel relaxed in the workplace and tackle daily stress staff feel. Staff really look forward to the session and everyone who has had a massage has really felt the difference and has promoted them to other staff due to feeling so great after having them. They have been a great initiative to bring into the workplace to help with staff wellbeing.
The difference made: Staff feel less stressed and feel they are getting something back from the company and it has boosted morale.
