Hands On At Work brings workplace wellbeing to the Engage Employee Summit in London

The Hands On At Work team had a fantastic time attending the Engage Employee Summit in London during May, providing workplace massages for delegates throughout the event and connecting with professionals who are passionate about employee wellbeing, engagement, and creating healthier workplace cultures.

The summit brought together HR leaders, wellbeing professionals, internal communications specialists, and employee engagement experts from across the UK, all focused on exploring the future of work and the evolving needs of today’s workforce. The event is recognised as one of the UK’s leading employee engagement conferences, bringing together organisations committed to building positive and people-focused workplace experiences.

Throughout the day, our team provided onsite workplace massages, giving delegates the opportunity to pause, recharge, and reset between sessions. Events like these highlight the growing importance of employee wellbeing and the role simple, effective wellbeing initiatives can play in helping people feel energised, focused, and supported.

One of the highlights of the event was meeting so many inspiring individuals and organisations who share our passion for workplace wellbeing. We enjoyed chatting with delegates, hearing about the innovative work being done across different industries, and discussing the increasing focus businesses are placing on supporting employee health and engagement.

A special thank you to everyone who stopped by for a massage and a conversation. It was wonderful to meet so many lovely people throughout the day, including Bec, who kept us fuelled with coffee, the team from Terryberry for the sweets, Rhona from LA ahead of her move to London, and Mina from Oak.

Events like the Engage Employee Summit reinforce the importance of creating workplaces where wellbeing is embedded into everyday culture rather than treated as an afterthought. As conversations around employee experience, mental health, engagement, and workplace culture continue to evolve, Hands On At Work is proud to support organisations with practical wellbeing solutions that make a genuine difference.

We’re already looking forward to the next event and continuing to help organisations create healthier, happier, and more engaged workplaces across the UK.
