01 Oct Celebrating 15 Years of Hands On At Work
This year marks a very special milestone for us at Hands On At Work – 15 years in business!
Since launching in 2010, our mission has been simple but powerful: to support organisations in creating healthier, happier workplaces. Over the years, we’ve grown from a small idea into a nationwide service, bringing workplace massage, wellbeing workshops, and stress management solutions to businesses of all sizes and sectors.
🌿 Our Journey
From our very first clients to working with NHS Trusts, corporate offices, housing groups, and charities, we’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of employees reduce stress, recharge, and feel more valued at work.
Our team has delivered:
- On-site massage to relieve stress and tension
- Mindfulness and wellbeing workshops to build resilience
- Tailored wellbeing programmes designed to meet the needs of each organisation
And we’re proud to have been part of so many businesses’ wellbeing journeys.
✨ A Word from Our Director, Kathy Scott
“When I started Hands On At Work 15 years ago, my goal was to make wellbeing in the workplace more accessible, practical, and meaningful. I’m so proud of how far we’ve come, and I’m grateful to every client, therapist, and partner who has supported us along the way. Here’s to continuing our mission of putting people’s wellbeing at the heart of work for many more years to come.”
💛 Looking Ahead
As we celebrate this milestone, we’re more committed than ever to helping businesses tackle the challenges of stress, burnout, and workplace wellbeing. With new services and partnerships on the horizon, the future feels exciting – and we can’t wait to see what the next chapter brings.
From November 2025, we’re delighted to welcome Tina Portman as a new Director.
✨ A Word from Tina Portman
“I’m thrilled to be joining Hands On At Work as a Director at such an exciting time in its journey. The team has built something really special over the past 15 years, and I look forward to helping shape the next chapter — bringing fresh ideas, new partnerships, and continuing to grow the positive impact we have on workplaces across the UK.”
Alongside Tina, Chantall Herbert, who has been a key part of Hands On At Work for over 11 years, will continue to remain an important part of the business. Together, Tina and Chantall will carry forward the ethos, energy, and commitment that has shaped Hands On At Work since its beginning.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has been part of our journey so far. Here’s to the next 15 years of making work a healthier, happier place to be!
