New Service: Anxiety & Burnout Recovery Programmes

At Hands On At Work, we recognise that workplace stress can affect employees in different ways.
While workplace massage, wellbeing workshops, yoga, mindfulness, and Mental Health First Aid training can play an important role in supporting employee wellbeing, some individuals may require more focused support to recover from anxiety, chronic stress, or burnout.
That’s why we’re pleased to introduce our new Anxiety & Burnout Recovery Programmes.
Designed for high performing professionals, these programmes provide structured support for individuals who are struggling to regain emotional balance, mental clarity, and confidence but may not wish to enter long term therapy.
Using a combination of clinical hypnosis, subconscious change work, content free techniques, Ericksonian and solution focused approaches, NLP, and Reiki, participants are supported through a focused, results driven process designed to create lasting positive change.
A key feature of both programmes is that the work takes place at a subconscious level, helping individuals release deeply embedded stress responses and restore emotional regulation without having to revisit or relive past experiences. This makes the programmes particularly suitable for professionals who want a practical and psychologically safe route back to wellbeing while continuing to manage their personal and professional responsibilities.
Return to Work Programme
This six week programme has been designed for employees who are currently on long term sick leave due to stress, anxiety, or burnout.
The programme focuses on helping individuals address the root causes of their challenges, rebuild emotional resilience, restore self confidence, and prepare for a successful and sustainable return to work.
